Project Overview

St. Anthony’s Hospital, located in St. Petersburg, FL had the need for a permanent on site facility that they could lease to two doctors. The doctors and the hospital were concerned that the new building be built
to compliment the architecture of their existing facilities and to suit the needs of their patients.

The building is constructed with a steel frame and wall studs and has concrete floors. The total square footage is 5,457. Modtech® manufactured, delivered and installed the modular building. Christiano Construction provided the foundation, interior and exterior finishes and Kevin Bessolo provided the design for the parapet wall.
