Project Overview

The courthouse was designed and built by Modtech for the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County. The courthouse is over 25,074 square feet and includes four separate courtrooms, private chambers for judges, numerous offices and a large lobby.

The project includes attractive and low maintenance site applied stucco which accents the architectural details. The site built large foyer at the front of the building features a tile roof and large front windows. The interior features ornamental wood casework and decorative pendant light fixtures. Extensive low voltage wiring was run throughout the building.
