See the magic happen, and qualify for 4 AIA Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Credits! We offer factory tours which cover the Off-Site Construction process in detail. Various buildings types and sizes are commonly under construction for evalution. Please register 24 hours in advance: marketing@modtech.com or 951-436-4321. Factory tours are held on the first Tuesday of every month at our Perris, CA, manufacturing facility.
