Modular Building Institute Conveys Awards for Outstanding Projects
PERRIS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Modtech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: MODT) is proud to announce that the company has been recognized by industry leaders for several innovative projects. The winners of the prestigious Awards of Distinction contest were announced during the Modular Building Institute (MBI) 25th Annual Convention. Members of the MBI submit their premier projects and the buildings are judged by a panel of construction experts on a variety of aspects including architectural excellence, technical innovation, efficiency and construction time. Over one hundred unique projects were submitted this year in various categories.
Modtech received awards for a large government project, a private school classroom, and a virtually indestructible concrete and block restroom building. The three buildings illustrate Modtech’s innovative design and manufacturing abilities.
In addition, Modtech received two awards for marketing campaigns. Details and pictures of each project are posted on the Modtech website: www.modtech.com/awards.
After the awards ceremony, Modtech Senior Vice President Rick Bartolotti commented, “We are honored to be recognized by this distinguished panel of our peers. Recent innovations in modular building construction have allowed Modtech to provide structures never before possible.” Bartolotti added, “Modern modular buildings are indistinguishable from site built projects but provide significant time savings.”
